Scheduling
We strive to schedule appointments efficiently to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. To reserve your spot, a valid credit card is required.

Please be courteous and arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

​Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee per service.

No-shows will be charged the full service price.

Payment Options and Service Charge
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and debit cards for your convenience. Please note a 3% service charge will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions.
For those wishing to avoid the service charge, we happily accept cash payments. Personal checks are not accepted.

Gratuities are Welcomed!
While gratuities are not included in our service prices, they are always appreciated by our stylists and technicians in recognition of a job well done. Please note that gratuities cannot be added to credit card transactions.

By providing your phone number and submitting an appointment form, you consent to receiving occasional text messages from 146 East Salon. These messages may contain appointment reminders, special offers, and salon updates. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We Welcome Children (with Supervision)
146 East Salon is happy to provide children's hair services! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all children are supervised by an adult while in the salon.

For lengthy appointments that don't involve children's services: We recommend considering alternative childcare arrangements to allow for a relaxing and focused experience for you and the stylist.

Stylist Preference
We understand you may have stylist preferences and welcome requests for a different stylist. Your satisfaction is our priority! Our talented stylists work collaboratively to ensure you receive the perfect look. Feel free to request a specific stylist, or we'd be happy to match you with someone who best suits your needs.

At 146 East Salon, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your service, we'd be happy to offer a complimentary redo within 10 days of your original appointment with the same stylist.

For Long-Lasting Lashes:
24-Hour Dry Time: Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours after application. This allows the adhesive to fully cure and create a strong bond.
Gentle Touch: Steer clear of oil-based products near your eyes, rubbing your eyes excessively, and sleeping on your face. These actions can loosen the extensions.
Healthy Habits Matter: Oily skin can affect retention. Let us know if you have concerns about managing oil around your eyes; we may have solutions to help!
Resist the Urge to Pull: Don't pick or pull at your lashes. This can damage your natural lashes and shorten the lifespan of the extensions.

Refills and Allergies:
5-Week Refills for Optimal Results: Schedule regular refills every 3 to 5 weeks to maintain a full, beautiful lash look.
Excessive Shedding: If you experience more lash fallout than usual within the 5-week period, your next appointment may be considered a full set application.
Allergy Awareness: As with any chemical service, there's a slight possibility of allergic reaction.
