Appointment Scheduling

Every effort is made to schedule appointments appropriately.  Please be courteous and prompt when arriving for a scheduled appointment.  In the case that you cannot meet your appointment date and need to cancel and reschedule we require a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your appointment.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings. Please change into smocks provided by our stylists to protect your clothing.  Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

Gratuities

Our salon prices do not include gratuities.  Any gratuity paid to an employee is greatly appreciated.  Gratuities cannot be added to a credit card.

Cancellations

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you might not be able to keep your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call at least 24 hours ahead of time. This allows a wait-list client to take your appointment. Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. "No-shows" will be charged in full.

Stylist Preference

We understand the desire for change and preferences.  We welcome you to request another stylist at any time for any reason.  146 East Salon puts your services and satisfaction first.

Financial & Payment Policy

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and debit cards are all acceptable forms of payment.

Children

146 East Salon loves children and provide children's hair service. However, due to limited space and safety concerns we require that all children be supervised while in our salon.  For lengthy salon appointments that do not include children's services we ask that you leave the children with another caretaker or at home.

Service Satisfaction

In the event you are not fully satisfied with your service we would be happy to provide you with a re do at no charge. Re do services must be scheduled within 10 days of the original service date and performed by the original stylist. No refunds are given for services.
