CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

   

This beginner class is ideal for those who are new to yoga or a returning student looking for a refresher course. You will learn meditation, several basic yoga poses, sun salutations, correct alignment, and how to connect movement with breathe. Modifications and assist will be offered. Bring a smile and a mat, lets begin this beautiful journey!
Level 1-2 flow is ideal for the beginner to intermediate level student. This foundational class focuses on proper alignment while linking fluid movement and breathe. Instructors will offer modifications or challenges when appropriate.
This all levels class is a moderate paced flow linking movement with breathe. It is appropriate for students of all levels, both modifications and challenges will be offered. Some experience is recommended.
This mixed level class incorporates a set of static physical asanas, syncing breathe with movement. Students will experience a steady rhythm of stretching postures, releasing physical, mental, and emotional tensions while ultimately preparing the body for deeper relaxation or spiritual connections.
Gentle yoga is perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels. This class is appropriate for beginners and more experienced students as well. Students can expect to move through yoga poses with instruction for aligning body, mind and spirit. Release tension and tightness from the body while building strength and flexibility by incorporating modifications for physical body issues if necessary, or enjoy this gently paced class solely as a chance to de-stress and slow down. No yoga experience required.
This class focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. Each restorative pose will be held for several minutes while fully supported by blankets, bolsters or blocks. Restorative yoga work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Relax and enjoy peace of mind, body, and spirit.
This class integrates low impact cardio bursts and strength movements with traditional yoga poses. Designed to burn more and strengthen your core.
